PRODUCT RETURNS
There is one option for returning a product:
If you wish to return a product, it must be done within 15 days of the original purchase. The item(s) must be returned to any ECCO store in Kuwait:
- ECCO The Avenues Mall
- ECCO 360 Mall
- ECCO Al Kout
PRODUCT RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Unworn items may be refunded within 15 days of delivery, provided that the goods returned are unused and in their original condition, accompanied by an invoice.
• The return of damaged, worn-out products, or those with missing accessories or invoices will not be accepted.
• All products should be packed in their original packaging.
• Only items purchased via kwt.ecco.com are eligible for return.
• The original invoice of the product must be placed in the package.
• The price of the products deemed eligible for a refund, as per the associated terms, will be deposited to your account within 14 business days. Please note that it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account due to banking procedures.
PRODUCT EXCHANGE TERMS
• Exchange is permitted within 14 days from the date of purchase with the original invoice.
• For product exchange, the only available process is a direct exchange at any ECCO store within Kuwait.
• The original invoice will be required at the point of exchange.
• In the case of defective goods, the issue will be dealt with in accordance with the consumer protection law of Kuwait.
