PRODUCT RETURNS
There are two options for returning a product:-
1. Please send an email to kwt-info@ecco.com stating that you would like a refund and you would like to organize a courier to collect the products from your home. The charge for this service is KD XX and the cost will be borne by the customer. If you wish to return a product, it must be done within 15 days of the original purchase. Please also include your pick up address in the email. We process refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when the email has been processed. We process most refunds on the same day which they were received, but please allow up to a maximum of 14 days for the money to reach your account.

PRODUCT RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Unworn items may be refunded within 15 days from the date of delivery provided that the goods returned are unused and in their original condition accompanied by an invoice. Either organize the return via courier as per the above process in point 1 or directly to the store as above in point 2.
• The return of ruined, worn-out products or those with missing accessories or invoices are not accepted.
• All products should be packed in their original package.
• Only items purchased via ecco.sa are eligible for return.
• The original invoice of the product must be placed in the package.
• The price of the products deemed eligible for a refund as per the associated terms shall be deposited to your account within 14 business days. It may take up to business 14 days for the refund to hit your account due to the banking procedures.
PRODUCT EXCHANGE TERMS
• The Exchange is permitted within 14 Days from date of purchase with original invoice
• For product exchange, the only process available is a direct exchange in any ECCO store within Kuwait.
• The original invoice will be required at the point of exchange.
• In case of defective goods, it will be dealt in accordance with the consumer protection law of Kuwait.
