Refund & Exchange

PRODUCT RETURNS
There are two options for returning a product:

  1. Please send an email to kwt-info@ecco.com stating that you would like a refund and would like to organize a courier to collect the products from your home. The charge for this service is KD XX and the cost will be borne by the customer. If you wish to return a product, it must be done within 15 days of the original purchase. Please also include your pickup address in the email. We process refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been processed. We process most refunds on the same day they are received, but please allow up to a maximum of 14 days for the money to reach your account.

  2. Return the item directly to any ECCO store in Kuwait at:
    • ECCO The Avenues Mall
    • ECCO 360 Mall
    • ECCO Al Kout

 

PRODUCT RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Unworn items may be refunded within 15 days of delivery, provided that the goods returned are unused and in their original condition, accompanied by an invoice. Either organize the return via courier as per the above process in point 1 or return directly to the store as in point 2.
• The return of ruined, worn-out products or those with missing accessories or invoices will not be accepted.
• All products should be packed in their original packaging.
• Only items purchased via ecco.sa are eligible for return.
• The original invoice of the product must be placed in the package.
• The price of the products deemed eligible for a refund as per the associated terms shall be deposited to your account within 14 business days. It may take up to 14 business days for the refund to reach your account due to banking procedures.

 

PRODUCT EXCHANGE TERMS
• Exchanges are permitted within 14 days from the date of purchase with the original invoice.
• For product exchanges, the only process available is a direct exchange in any ECCO store within Kuwait.
• The original invoice will be required at the point of exchange.
• In case of defective goods, the issue will be handled in accordance with the consumer protection law of Kuwait.

• Your order will be shipped within 4 business days via Vamos, c/o 6thStreet.com.
